I am a Chartered Surveyor providing a range of consultancy services relating to commercial property, based on over 25 years continuous and qualified experience of the property market throughout Yorkshire and Humberside.

My services to clients are usually undertaken on a principal-to-principal basis.  This generates a better understanding of the operational and cost issues which concern the client and helps to identify the best solutions available. Communication is optimised and the resulting delivery process is both efficient and cost-effective.
